Jeep Tours
An adventurous way to experience this beautiful unspoiled area of the Andalucian mountains with their flora and fauna, wildlife and spectacular views of unspoiled coastline by Jeep. You will meet the traditional rural side of Spain, passing farmers and goat herders, small unpaved roads along streaming rivers up to the tops of the Sierras.
You can as well combine a Jeep tour with hiking and or canyoning. An example: After a spectacular jeep tour you will arrive at the place where two rivers join together: Junta de Los Rios translates as "River junction". The rivers meet to form waterfalls and there are some deep and gloriously blue pools in which to bathe during the summer months. There is a rope bridge over the top and a couple of jump off points for the braver to enjoy. Access to the site is a little rough and perhaps because the area is not on the regular tourist beat - you will rarely find it overcrowded. El Rio Verde, the most famous cleft of Andalusia. You'll hike down alongside the waterfall and swim in the lagoon. For the true daredevils there is the possibility of canyoning alongside the mountainside.
