Combined with indoor workshops, where participants will be encouraged to express themselves verbally, outdoor activities provide the opportunity for physical interaction where participants are encouraged to identify their strengths and weaknesses and to ask for and give support where necessary. Outdoor activities include hiking, jeep safaris, beach games, water sports, windsurfing and sailing.
